Sew Cute Tuesday - The Night Version ;)
Well if there is one thing I know, it is that I am very consistent with having Sew Cute Tuesday every now and then, rather than every Tuesday (I promise I will be more consistent)! Sorry for being so sparse recently, I've been letting sleep win over getting things done, which in the long run is a good thing 😉
William just started playing baseball, so we've been having to adjust our routine now that we need to work around practices and games. I'm looking forward to being able to do some hand stitching at practices once things are settled and normal.
Currently, I've been working on the #MilkywaySampler by Blossom Heart Quilts. I'm using my stash of Tula Pink fabrics and I am loving it!! William has already claimed this quilt as his, and I'm ok with that since it finishes on the smaller side at about 45x45. It's a block of the month, but I've decided to work ahead on the blocks because they're so addictive to make!
At first I was really skeptical about using the lazy stripe print as the background, but I am seriously loving how crazy it looks! I am hoping to get all of the blocks done soon because I have some sewing for Quilt Market to do, and I want to be able to put away my Tula stash before that fabric arrives.
Now it is time to link up your finishes or works in progress from the previous week! You can link up directly from Instagram as well - be sure to tag #SewCuteTuesday and @youngtexanmama on IG so I can see what you're working on!

Now time to check out some of the awesome projects shared during the last Sew Cute Tuesday!
Jayne of Twiggy and Opal created this amazing mini quilt! I have been dying to try out the quilting technique that she used. 💗
Teje of Neros Post made this darling Sunshine baby quilt. The combination of pink, orange, and yellow is perfect!
Last but not least, Shauna of Shauna's World created this amazing and BIG quilt top! It's 102x102!!
Thank you Hilary for featuring my baby quilt! I can imagine that your days are full and busy! x Teje
